Vertical Wastewater Hyperboloid Mixer

The Hyperboloid Agitator Mixers, the upper surface of the curved impeller body is hyperbolic, and the hyperboloid structure formed by the generatrix rotating around the impeller body line. Its structure and the installation position close to the pool determine its anti-settling effect and large- area water exchange. it was developed and designed especially for applications in the area of water and wastewater treatment.

Working Conditions.

1、The temperature of the liquid is generally 0-42°C;

2、The PH range: 5-9;

3、The density of the liquid does not exceed 1150kg/m3;

4、The maximum working depth generally does not exceed 10 meter;

5、The minimum working depth is not less than 0.9 meter;6、Interval start time is not less than 10min.

Working Characteristics

This is a mixing device that can create a large volume of flow and obtain a large area of circulating, genle water fow with less powerThe uniaue impeller struclural desion perfecly combines luid characterislics with mechanical molion to the maximum extent. Thecunved surace of the multi-curved impeller is a curved body formed bv the equalion xveb, and the curve rolates around the y-axis. inorder to cater to the low of water, the water is designed to enter from the center of the impeller. This on the one hand reduces thewater inlet flow and on the other hand ensures. The pressure of the liquid on the surace of the impeller is uniform, thus ensuring thebalance of the whole machine in motion. There are eight guide blades evenly distributed on the involute arc surface. The potentialenergy obtained by replenishing the water with the help of the liquid's own weight pressure and the centrifugal force generated whenthe impeller rotates fom kinetic energy. The liquid moves tangentially along the circumferential direction of the impeller under thecondition of qravity acceleration. Under the relection of the pool, a bottom-up circulaling water fow is formed, so cross fow in theaxial (y) and radial (%) directions can be obtained. It is precisely because of the structural characteristics ofthe hyperboloid mixerimpeller and its installation close to the bottom of the pool that it can achieve ideal mixing efects during work and efectively eliminatemixing dead corners.
