The structure of the rotary discharge valve:
The rotary valve is composed of a motor, a gear reducer (Y) or a cycloid reducer (X), a turbine reducer, and a valve body. The inlet and outlet flanges are square, round, rectangular, etc.
Features of star unloader:
1. By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and output are on the same axis and have the uniqueness of being directly connected to the motor. Therefore, the structure is compact, beautiful, novel, small in size and light in weight.
2. Reliable and stable operation, low noise, few faults, long life, and the gearing parts are made of ductile iron and bearing steel. Good performance and high reliability.
3. Bearings and gearboxes are kept away from the valve body to avoid the influence of high-temperature dust. The front and rear end covers have good sealing performance to prevent dust from leaking and extend the service life of moving parts and lubrication systems.
4. The rotary valve has strong overload capacity, small impact resistance and inertia moment, and is suitable for frequent starts and reverse and forward rotation.
5. The gap between the valve body and the impeller rotor is small, the air tightness is high, and the air locking effect is good to avoid air leakage and material leakage.
